Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can, never sell it, and never use it for advertising. Last updated 12 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

SOLODIGITALLTD (company number 17220868, England and Wales) is the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@findmyflight.app.

2. What we collect, and why

  • Searches: the route, dates, number of travellers and currency you search for, to show you fares and keep the service running. We do not ask you to create an account.
  • Assistant messages: what you type to the assistant. Simple questions are answered by fixed rules. Other messages may be sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to be understood, without your email address. Please don't type personal or sensitive details.
  • Price alerts: your email address, the route and date, your target price and chosen frequency, so we can email you. We only email you after you confirm.
  • Payments: if you pay the US$1.00 fee, Stripe handles your card details. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and your email address if you give one, so we can show you your receipt.
  • Connection data: your IP address is processed by Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. We keep a short-lived counter tied to your IP address (for up to one hour, or a day for sign-up limits) to prevent abuse.

Our legal bases are: performing the service you ask for, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and affordable, your consent for alerts (you can withdraw it at any time), and legal obligations such as accounting.

3. No ads, no tracking cookies

We run no advertising, no behavioural tracking, no analytics profiles and no marketing emails. We set no cookies. Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice, and a service worker may cache pages so the app loads quickly or works offline. Cloudflare Turnstile may be shown to check you're human; it is used only for security.

4. Who else handles your data

  • Cloudflare: hosting, security, caching and storage.
  • Stripe: payments.
  • Resend: sending confirmation, alert and receipt emails.
  • DeepSeek: AI language processing for some assistant messages.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data-protection law. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

  • Searches: up to 90 days. Anonymous price history: up to about 13 months.
  • Unconfirmed alert sign-ups: deleted after 3 days. Active alerts: until you stop them or the flight date passes.
  • If you stop all alerts, we keep only your email address on a “do not email” list so that we never email you again.
  • Payment records: as long as the law requires for company accounts, normally six years.

6. Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, and ask for a copy. To stop an alert, use the link at the bottom of any alert email. For anything else, email support@findmyflight.app and we'll reply within one month. If you're not happy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never store card numbers. We limit what we collect and who can access it, and protect the site against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so if you find a problem please tell us on the Contact page.

8. Children

FindMyFlight is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and say so on the site if the change matters.
